Privacy Policy

Art Studio is designed around a local library, no user account, no advertising, and no cross-app tracking. This policy explains the limited information processed when you choose to create or request support.

1. Scope and developer

This Privacy Policy applies to the Art Studio iOS app, its AI generation relay, and the Art Studio pages on glayzerstudio.pro. Glayzer Studio operates these services. Apple and each AI processor also apply their own privacy terms to services they provide.

2. Information we do not require

Art Studio does not require an account, name, email address, phone number, social login, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, or cloud profile. We do not sell personal information, show behavioural advertising, build advertising profiles, or track activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

3. Information processed when you create

  • Prompts and settings. The written prompt, negative prompt, selected engine, creation mode, canvas ratio, reference role, and reference strength are transmitted only after you request a generation.
  • Optional reference image. A reference is sent only when you add one and start a request. Art Studio re-encodes it before upload to remove embedded location and camera metadata.
  • Generated result. The result passes through the relay so it can be returned to the app. To prevent a completed, paid creation from being lost when delivery is interrupted, the result is held in encrypted recovery storage for no more than 24 hours and is deleted earlier when the app confirms a successful local save.
  • Anonymous app credential. Apple App Attest creates a device-bound credential so the relay can confirm that requests come from an authentic Art Studio installation. The relay stores a one-way key identifier, verification material, and a security counter. This is not an advertising identifier and is not tied to an Art Studio account.
  • Credit and purchase ledger. To restore purchases without an account and prevent duplicate grants, the relay stores the anonymous credential, credit balance, included allocation, Apple transaction and product identifiers, and applicable purchase, expiry, refund, or revocation dates.
  • Limited generation metadata. The selected model route, disclosed credit cost, client request identifier, status, result file format and size, recovery expiry, and timestamps are recorded to prevent duplicate charges, recover interrupted delivery, and refund failed requests. Prompts and reference images are not included in this ledger or written to application logs.
  • Technical request data. Network addresses, response status, and limited error information may be processed briefly to deliver and secure the service.

4. Local information

Generated artwork, prompts, favorites, usage history, purchase history shown in the app, language choices, export preferences, and AI-processing consent choices are stored on your device. Credits, local installation credential use protected device storage, including the Keychain. The relay also maintains the limited anonymous credit and purchase ledger described above as the authoritative balance for secure restoration and charging. Art Studio does not provide a cloud backup of its local artwork library.

5. AI processors and Apple

Depending on the engine you select, request content may be processed by OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs, Ideogram, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, or Recraft. The app identifies the active processor and requests consent before an optional reference image is sent to a processor for the first time. Each available engine uses its configured processor; unavailable engines fail without a silent substitution and do not consume credits.

AI processors may retain limited request data for service delivery, security, safety, or abuse prevention under their API terms. Apple processes purchases, subscription status, prices, taxes, refunds, and payment information. Glayzer Studio does not receive your full payment-card details.

6. Purpose and legal basis

Information is processed to perform the operation you request, return a result, show and enforce the disclosed credit cost, verify App Store purchases, maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, answer support messages, and comply with law. Where local law requires a legal basis, processing is based on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in security and reliability, consent for an optional reference, and legal obligations where applicable.

7. Retention

The Art Studio relay processes prompts and optional references in memory and does not store them. A completed generated result is retained in recovery storage only until the app confirms a successful local save, or for no more than 24 hours if that confirmation is interrupted. Completed or failed generation request metadata and related generation or refund credit events are retained for no longer than 90 days. Apple transaction identifiers, the anonymous credit account, and App Attest verification material are retained while reasonably needed to restore purchases, prevent duplicate credit grants, address fraud or disputes, and meet legal obligations. Local library information remains until you delete it or remove the app. Keychain records may remain after reinstall unless removed by the operating system or device owner. AI processors may apply their own safety, security, and service-retention periods under their terms.

This website does not store the contents entered in its support form; submitting it opens your email application. If you send an email, the message and address are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or meet law.

8. Your controls and rights

You can remove individual artwork, delete the local library, reset saved AI-processing consent, choose whether to add a reference, export files, manage subscriptions through Apple, and remove the app. Depending on your region, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for information we can reasonably identify. The app has no account, so an installation or transaction reference may be needed without collecting additional identity data.

9. Security and international processing

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and provider API credentials remain on the relay rather than inside the app. No system is completely secure. Processors may operate in other countries and use contractual or legal safeguards where required.

10. Children and sensitive content

Art Studio is not directed to children below the minimum digital consent age in their location. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, payment-card data, or an image you do not have permission to process. A parent or guardian should supervise use where required by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, processors, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here and, when appropriate, communicated in the app before taking effect. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through the Art Studio support page.
