Privacy Policy

1. Scope and developer

This Privacy Policy applies to the IG Photo Generator iPhone app, its AI processing relay, and the IG Photo Generator pages on glayzerstudio.pro. Glayzer Studio operates these services. Apple, Cloudflare, and the AI processor used for a requested creation also apply their own privacy terms to the services they provide.

2. Information we do not require

IG Photo Generator does not require a user account, name, email address, phone number, social login, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, or cloud photo profile. We do not sell personal information, serve behavioural advertising, build an advertising profile, or track activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

3. Information processed when you create a photo

• Source photo. The photo you select is held by the app for the current workflow and transmitted only after you request an AI creation. It may contain faces, surroundings, and other personal information visible in the image.
• Creative instructions. The selected Signature Style or your own description, optional personalization, output ratio, Studio Engine, and related generation settings are sent with the request.
• Generated result. The result passes through the relay so it can be returned to the app and saved in its on-device Library. Glayzer Studio does not use it to create a server-side personal photo gallery.
• Pseudonymous service credential. A random, non-advertising installation or service token may be used to authenticate the app, apply the correct entitlement, enforce the monthly allowance, prevent duplicate requests, and protect against abuse. It is not an IG Photo Generator account.
• Subscription and credit records. Apple product and transaction identifiers, entitlement status, renewal, expiry, refund or revocation state, credit balance, credit events, and request identifiers may be processed so purchases can be verified and credits applied correctly.
• Limited request metadata. The quality route, disclosed credit cost, status, timestamps, and technical error codes may be recorded to prevent duplicate charges, return credits after confirmed failures, diagnose reliability, and secure the service. The photo and prompt are not intended to be written into these records.
• Network and security data. Internet protocol addresses, device and app version information, response status, and limited security events may be processed briefly by the relay and infrastructure providers to deliver requests and defend the service.

4. What remains on your device

A selected source photo is not written into the app’s permanent Library. Each finished result is saved automatically in the app’s private on-device Library, which is excluded from the app’s cloud backup. You can enlarge, share, or delete an individual result in the app. Saving to Photos, Files, or another destination creates a separate copy that you control. Language, output, and similar app preferences may also remain locally on the device.

5. Processors and recipients

Requests are routed through Cloudflare infrastructure and sent to the contracted AI image processor used for the selected quality tier. The active processor may change as models, quality, safety, availability, and cost evolve. The app or this policy will identify material processor changes where required. Processor API terms may permit limited retention for service delivery, security, safety, or abuse prevention.

Apple processes App Store purchases, subscription state, prices, taxes, refunds, and payment information. Glayzer Studio does not receive your full payment-card details. Support email is handled by the email services used by you and Glayzer Studio.

6. Why information is processed

The limited information described above is processed to perform the photo creation you request, return the result, verify subscription access, calculate and restore credits, return credits after confirmed technical failures, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, answer support requests, and comply with law. Where local law requires a legal basis, processing relies on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in security and reliability, consent where required for photo processing, and applicable legal obligations.

7. Retention

Glayzer Studio’s relay is designed to process source photos, instructions, and generated results transiently and not retain them after the result has been delivered or the request has failed. Contracted AI processors may apply their own limited security, safety, or service-retention periods under their API terms.

Request status and related credit events may be kept for up to 90 days to investigate failures, prevent duplicate charging, and resolve disputes. Apple transaction identifiers, entitlement records, the pseudonymous service credential, and the authoritative credit balance may be kept while reasonably needed to restore purchases, prevent duplicate grants, address refunds or fraud, and meet legal obligations.

A finished photo remains in the app’s on-device Library until you delete it or remove the app. Glayzer Studio does not receive or keep a cloud backup of that local Library.

This website does not store the contents entered in the support form; submitting it opens your email application. If you send the email, its address and contents are retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

8. Your choices and rights

You decide whether to select and submit a photo, use a preset, add your own instructions, share a result, or contact support. You can delete individual results from the on-device Library, manage or cancel a subscription through Apple, and remove the app and its local content from your device. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for information we can reasonably identify. Because there is no user account, a transaction or installation reference may be needed to locate a record without collecting more identity data.

9. Security and international processing

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. AI provider credentials remain on the relay and are not embedded in the app. No system is completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used for the nature of the information processed. Infrastructure and AI processors may operate in countries other than your own and use contractual or legal safeguards where required.

10. Children and sensitive photos

IG Photo Generator is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their location. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, payment-card data, intimate content, or a photo you do not have permission to process. A parent or guardian should supervise use where required by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, processors, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here and communicated in the app where required. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through the IG Photo Generator support page.
