Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Apple terms

By downloading, using, or purchasing a subscription for Fashion Studio, you agree to these Terms. They supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple’s mandatory terms control to the extent of any conflict involving an App Store transaction.

2. The service

Fashion Studio lets you create one or more local body profiles, import a wearable product from a shopping link or product photo, generate single-view or coordinated multi-angle virtual try-ons, save results locally, and share or delete saved looks. You do not need a Fashion Studio account. Available features, providers, supported items, and output quality may change as the service evolves.

3. Eligibility and consent

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your region. You may submit another person’s photograph only when you have their informed permission and every lawful authority required to process it. Never upload intimate or private imagery without clear consent.

4. Subscriptions

• Studio and Atelier are available as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed at the price and in the currency shown by Apple.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Taxes and local pricing may vary by storefront.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings and restore eligible purchases from the App.
• No free subscription trial is included unless Apple clearly displays a promotional offer before you confirm purchase.

5. Fair-use allowances

Studio includes up to 10 single-view try-ons and 3 multi-angle looks per monthly allowance period. Atelier includes up to 20 single-view try-ons and 6 multi-angle looks per monthly allowance period. A multi-angle look may process up to three saved profile angles when matching product references are available. Annual subscriptions receive the same allowances refreshed each month during the annual term. An allowance is consumed only after that result is generated successfully; a failed generation releases its reservation. Unused allowances expire at the end of each monthly allowance period and do not roll over.

We may apply reasonable request-size, rate, safety, and anti-abuse controls to protect people, provider capacity, and service availability. These controls do not promise that every image or product will be technically suitable for generation.

6. Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds

Apple handles upgrades, downgrades, billing, cancellation, and refunds under its policies. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription. Cancelling stops future renewal but generally does not remove access already paid for through the current period.

7. Your content and licence to process it

You keep the rights you hold in photographs, product references, links, and outputs. You grant Glayzer Studio and its processing providers a limited, worldwide, temporary licence to host, transmit, analyse, transform, and return that content solely as needed to provide your request, secure the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. You are responsible for having all copyrights, permissions, publicity rights, privacy rights, and other lawful bases needed for the content you submit.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Fashion Studio for unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity; to create sexual or intimate imagery without consent; to sexualise a minor; to impersonate, harass, defraud, or mislead; to bypass safety controls; or to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, automate, or resell the service without written permission. Requests may be refused and access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect people, providers, or the service.

9. Virtual try-on limitations

Every result is an AI-generated visual simulation. It is not a measurement, fitting, tailoring, sizing, safety, fabric, authenticity, stock, or purchase guarantee. The result may alter or omit colour, print, texture, logos, seams, length, drape, body boundaries, or individual components of a set. Always review the retailer’s real product photographs, size chart, composition, shipping, and return terms before buying.

10. Retailers and third-party links

Shopping links and product information belong to third-party retailers. Glayzer Studio is not the seller, does not process the retail purchase, and does not guarantee retailer content, availability, pricing, quality, delivery, or returns. A merchant name shown in the App does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise continuous availability or a successful result for every photo, pose, link, product, or body type. Provider outages, retailer protections, safety review, network conditions, or platform changes may delay or prevent an operation. We may update or replace providers and features for quality, safety, cost, or legal reasons.

12. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashion Studio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a particular appearance, fit, commercial outcome, or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App and cancel through Apple at any time. We may suspend or restrict service access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, provider requirement, or legal obligation. Local profiles and looks remain under your control, subject to device storage and App deletion.

14. Updates and contact

We may revise these Terms when the service or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be presented where appropriate. Questions may be sent through the Fashion Studio support page.
