Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Apple’s terms

These product-specific Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple’s mandatory terms control for an App Store transaction where they conflict with these Terms.

2. The IG Photo Generator service

IG Photo Generator provides AI-assisted transformation and enhancement of portraits, people in landscapes, and group photos. You may start with a Signature Style, personalize that style, or write your own creative description. You can select a customer-facing Studio Engine according to the finish you want. Available styles, engines, output ratios, resolution, quality, and credit costs may evolve as providers and technical capabilities change. The current cost is displayed before a creation begins.

3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

• Monthly and annual subscriptions are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
• Each plan includes 100 credits that refresh every month while the subscription remains active.
• The annual plan receives the monthly refill rather than all twelve months of credits at once.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that end date.
• Apple displays the final local price, currency, taxes, renewal date, and purchase terms before you approve.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings and restore a verified purchase from the app.
• There is no free trial.

4. Credits and fair use

CineFlow uses 2 credits, Aura uses 5, Muse uses 6, and Signature uses 10. The applicable cost is shown before submission. Credits refresh monthly and unused credits do not roll over. Credits are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are available only for eligible IG Photo Generator operations.

Credits reserved for a request are returned automatically after a confirmed technical failure. A new creation or retry that produces a result is a new credit-bearing request. Reasonable security, rate, and abuse limits may protect service availability but will not create an undisclosed charge or silently reduce the quality you selected.

5. Refunds, billing, and plan changes

Apple manages billing, cancellation, renewal, plan changes, taxes, and refund decisions under App Store rules. Glayzer Studio cannot directly refund a payment processed by Apple. If Apple refunds or revokes a transaction, the related entitlement or unused credit allocation may be removed as permitted by law.

6. Your photos, instructions, and results

You retain the rights you hold in a source photo, written instruction, and generated result, subject to applicable law and the selected AI processor’s terms. You grant Glayzer Studio and that processor a limited licence to transmit, host temporarily, transform, and return this content only as needed to perform your request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required for every person, photo, and instruction you submit. Do not assume a generated result is unique or free from third-party rights. Review it before publishing or commercial use.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use IG Photo Generator for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity; non-consensual intimate imagery; fraud or harmful impersonation; exploitation of children; harassment; bypassing safeguards; automated scraping; reverse engineering; unauthorised resale; or interference with the service. A request may be blocked and access restricted when reasonably necessary for safety, law, provider requirements, or service integrity.

8. AI output and identity-sensitive results

Creation instructions are designed to preserve identity, facial geometry, body proportions, group order, clothing, and composition, but AI results may still be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or visually distorted. They may also resemble content created for others. Review every face, hand, body detail, background, and text before saving, publishing, or relying on a result.

9. Saving results and local responsibility

IG Photo Generator automatically saves finished results in a private on-device Library without an app-provided cloud backup. You can open, enlarge, share, or delete an individual result there. Removing the app ordinarily removes that Library. Export important work to Photos, Files, or another location you control when you want a separate copy. Device permissions, storage availability, compression, and destination settings may affect how an exported result is saved or shared.

10. Availability and service changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee continuous availability or a particular result. Network conditions, provider downtime, rate limits, safety review, legal requirements, and model changes may delay or prevent a request. Providers or models may be replaced when reasonably necessary for quality, safety, availability, or cost, without silently charging for a failed request.

11. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IG Photo Generator is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a specific artistic, social, commercial, or technical outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app and cancel through Apple at any time. Access may be limited or suspended for serious or repeated violations, fraud, payment revocation, a security risk, a provider requirement, or law. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service, providers, purchases, or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent through the IG Photo Generator support page.
