Getting the best result
Use a clear, well-framed source photo. Portraits, people in landscapes, and group photos are supported. Avoid heavily compressed or already distorted images.
Identity and group photos
Creation instructions prioritize faces, body proportions, clothing, group order, and natural interactions. AI output can still vary, so review every result before sharing.
Studio Engine
Choose Aura for fast natural polish, CineFlow for cinematic atmosphere, Muse for editorial art direction, or Signature for maximum detail and identity fidelity. Costs are 5, 2, 6, and 10 credits respectively and are always shown before creation.
Output size
Choose square, portrait, full-screen, landscape, or the original ratio. Signature produces the highest-detail output; the other engines are optimized for faster everyday creation.
Credits and fair use
Both monthly and annual plans refresh 100 credits each month. Credits do not roll over. A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved credits automatically.
Purchases
There is no free trial. Apple manages prices, renewal, cancellation, billing, taxes, and refunds. Use Restore Purchases in the app when a verified subscription is not recognised.
On-device Library
Every finished result is saved automatically in the app’s private Library. Tap a photo to enlarge, share, or delete it. Originals are not added to the Library, and there is no Glayzer Studio cloud photo gallery.
Photo privacy
Your selected photo and instructions are transmitted only when you request an AI creation. Processing is transient; finished results are stored locally on your device until you delete them.
Generation issues
Check your connection and try once more after a temporary error. If the issue continues, include your iPhone model, iOS version, selected Studio Engine, output ratio, and the step that failed.

Do not send payment-card details, full purchase receipts, confidential prompts, or sensitive source photos. Describe the issue without attaching the original photo whenever possible.
