1. Scope and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to AI Try-On: Fashion Studio (the “App”), its product-link and virtual try-on services, and the Fashion Studio pages on glayzerstudio.pro. The App is published by Glayzer Studio. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Glayzer Studio.
2. What we do not require
You can use Fashion Studio without creating an account. We do not require your name, email address, phone number, contacts, social profile, or advertising identifier. We do not sell personal information, serve behavioural advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. Information processed by the App
- Body profile photos. You may add one or more front, side, or back photos. They can reveal appearance and body characteristics. We use them only to create the try-on you request, not for facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric identification.
- Product information. A shopping URL, product title, merchant, product images, colour, category, and the wearable components detected on the product page may be processed to identify what should be applied.
- Product photos. If you use the camera or photo library instead of a link, only the photo you capture or select is used. The App does not scan your full photo library.
- Generated looks. Try-on results pass through the service so they can be returned to the App and saved locally.
- Installation and access data. The App creates a random installation identifier stored in the device Keychain. It may be used to validate requests, associate an App Store transaction with this installation, apply monthly fair-use allowances, prevent abuse, and diagnose service errors. It is not an account and is not created from your name or email.
- Technical data. Hosting and security providers may process IP address, request time, device or network metadata, status codes, and limited error information needed to deliver and protect the service.
- Support information. If you contact support, we receive the email address and message contents you choose to send.
4. What stays on your device
Body profiles, the photos assigned to each profile angle, saved try-on images, product titles, merchant names, product links, and a cached usage summary are stored in the App’s private device storage. A body profile is sent only when you choose it for a try-on. A single-view try-on uses one available angle; a multi-angle request may use up to three selected angles when matching product references are available.
You can replace or remove an angle, delete an entire profile, and delete saved looks in the App. Removing the App ordinarily removes its local database and images; data kept by Apple, your device backup settings, or an AI provider is governed separately.
5. Your permission before AI processing
Before the first virtual try-on, the App presents a permission screen that explains which selected content will be used, why it is needed, and the services that will process it. A try-on begins only after you tap “Allow & Continue.” If you choose “Not now,” your selected profile photos are not sent for AI processing.
You can review this choice or withdraw permission at any time under Profile → AI photo processing. Withdrawing permission prevents new try-on requests and any interrupted request from resuming until you allow processing again. It does not remove finished looks already saved on your device.
6. Why information is processed
We process information to fetch and understand a product page, create and deliver the virtual try-on you request, save the result on your device, verify Apple-signed subscription access, apply server-side fair-use limits, maintain security and reliability, prevent misuse, comply with law, and answer support messages. We do not use your photos to build an advertising profile.
7. Service providers and disclosures
- Cloudflare. Our secure server-side gateway runs on Cloudflare infrastructure and routes the request to the appropriate AI provider. API keys stay on the server and are not embedded in the App.
- OpenAI. OpenAI is the primary provider for product understanding and image editing. Content sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models by default. OpenAI may keep API content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless a shorter approved retention control applies, or longer retention is legally or safety-required.
- FASHN. For clothing-only requests, FASHN may receive the selected person image and product reference when used as a fallback. FASHN states that API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted after 72 hours and that only anonymised request logs remain for analytics.
- Apple. Apple processes App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and subscription records under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
We may also disclose limited information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
8. Temporary processing and deletion
Our gateway does not create a customer image library. Secure, access-controlled processing continues only as needed to complete and deliver the try-on. If the App is closed, the device locks, or the network is interrupted, the encrypted temporary job may remain available for recovery for up to 72 hours. It is deleted as soon as delivery is safely confirmed, or automatically when that recovery period ends. Short-lived in-memory processing, network buffers, security logs, and the provider retention periods described above may still apply. OpenAI and FASHN apply their own security, abuse-prevention, and legal retention rules.
Pseudonymous technical records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, service integrity, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Support email is kept as long as reasonably needed to answer and document the request.
9. Your choices and rights
You decide whether to grant camera or photo-library access, allow AI photo processing, add a profile, paste a link, submit a try-on, or share a result. You may withdraw AI processing permission in the App, revoke camera or photo access in iOS Settings, and delete local profiles or looks inside the App. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where those rights apply. Because there is no user account, we may need your installation or transaction reference to locate a pseudonymous record and may be unable to identify data that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
10. Security and international processing
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and provider API credentials remain on the server. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to contractual and legal safeguards where required.
11. Children
Fashion Studio is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their region. Do not upload a minor’s photo unless you are legally authorised to do so and have obtained every consent required by applicable law.
12. Policy changes
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the App or this page where appropriate.
13. Contact and privacy requests
Use the Fashion Studio support page for privacy questions or deletion requests. Do not attach sensitive body-profile photos, API keys, or payment-card details to a support email.
