Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Apple’s terms

These product-specific Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple’s mandatory terms control for an App Store transaction where they conflict with these Terms.

2. The Art Studio service

Art Studio provides AI-assisted art and photo generation, typography, reference-guided transformations, editing workflows, a local library, favorites, regeneration, and file export. Engines, model routes, capabilities, output resolutions, and credit costs may change as providers and technical requirements evolve. The current cost is displayed before each creation.

3. Purchases and subscription renewal

• Studio Pro Monthly includes 120 credits for each monthly purchase period.
• Studio Pro Annual includes 1,440 credits for each annual purchase period.
• Extra Credit Pack adds 80 credits and does not renew.
• Apple shows the final price, currency, taxes, renewal date, and purchase confirmation before you approve.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the transaction.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that end date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and restore verified purchases from the app.
• No free trial is promised unless Apple’s purchase sheet expressly offers one.

4. Credits and fair use

Different engines and quality modes consume different credit amounts. An optional reference may change the displayed cost for a supported workflow. Credits are reserved when creation begins and charged only when the selected AI provider completes the artwork. A failed, unreadable, or safety-blocked request is refunded automatically. If delivery is interrupted after completion, Art Studio recovers the same result without charging again. Regeneration is a new request with its cost confirmed first. Exporting existing artwork consumes no credits.

Unused credits granted by an expired subscription remain available. Credits associated with a transaction that Apple refunds or revokes may be removed from the available balance. Reasonable rate and abuse limits may protect service availability but will not create an undisclosed charge.

5. Refunds, billing, and plan changes

Apple manages billing, cancellation, renewal, plan changes, taxes, and refund decisions under App Store rules. Glayzer Studio cannot issue a direct refund for a payment processed by Apple. Restoring a purchase does not duplicate a credit grant already applied for the same verified transaction.

6. Your prompts, references, and outputs

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit and results you receive, subject to applicable law and the selected AI processor’s terms. You grant Glayzer Studio and that processor a limited licence to transmit, host temporarily, transform, and return content only as needed to perform your request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for having the rights, permission, and lawful basis needed for every prompt and reference. Do not assume an AI result is unique or free of third-party rights; review it before publishing or commercial use.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Art Studio for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity; non-consensual intimate imagery; fraud or impersonation; exploitation of children; bypassing safeguards; automated scraping; reverse engineering; resale without written permission; or interference with the service. Requests may be blocked and access restricted when reasonably necessary for safety, law, or service integrity.

8. AI output and professional review

AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content produced for others. Anatomy, text, factual details, and requested edits may contain errors. Art Studio is a creative tool, not legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.

9. Local files and exports

The artwork library is stored on your device without an Art Studio cloud backup. Deleting the library or app may permanently remove work that was not exported. You are responsible for saving important files to Photos, Files, or another location you control. Format conversion can alter compression, transparency, color, or metadata.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular result. Network conditions, provider downtime, rate limits, safety review, legal requirements, and model changes may delay or prevent a request. Each available engine uses its configured provider. If that provider is unavailable, the request fails and its reserved credits are returned rather than silently substituting a different engine.

11. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art Studio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a specific artistic, commercial, or technical outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Art Studio and cancel through Apple at any time. Access may be limited or suspended for serious or repeated violations, fraud, payment revocation, security risk, provider requirement, or law. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service, providers, purchases, or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent through the Art Studio support page.
