Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Apple’s terms

These product-specific Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple’s mandatory terms control for an App Store transaction where they conflict with these Terms.

2. The 3D creation service

Stable Diffusion: 3D Creator provides text-to-3D, image-to-3D, optional source-image generation, reference-preserving styles, selectable quality and output profiles, an on-device model library, and model export. Provider routes, quality parameters, supported formats, and credit costs may change as technical capabilities evolve. The current total is displayed before each paid operation.

3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

• Weekly 3D Studio is an auto-renewable weekly subscription with 120 plan credits for each seven-day period.
• Annual 3D Studio is an auto-renewable annual subscription that also refreshes 120 plan credits every seven days while active.
• Apple displays the final localized price, currency, taxes, subscription duration, and confirmation terms before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the transaction.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Apple may charge renewal within the final 24 hours of that period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases from the app.
• No free trial is promised unless Apple’s purchase sheet expressly presents one.

4. Credit packs and fair use

Consumable packs of 100, 300, or 800 add-on credits may be offered. Purchased add-on credits do not expire and are used after available plan credits. They are not a subscription and do not renew automatically. Credits associated with a transaction that Apple refunds or revokes may be removed.

Unused plan credits reset at the next seven-day allowance refresh and do not roll over. Different inputs, quality levels, output profiles, optional source-image or reference passes, and format conversions may use different amounts. The app presents the exact charge before you continue.

Credits are reserved when a job begins. Failed, rejected, expired, or cancelled provider jobs are refunded when the service confirms that terminal state. Repeating or regenerating a completed model is a new request with a separately displayed cost. Reasonable rate and abuse limits may protect availability without creating an undisclosed charge.

5. Exports and local files

The original GLB is included with a completed model. USDZ, FBX, OBJ, STL, and 3MF are prepared by the same 3D provider and may require a one-time conversion charge shown in the app. Once downloaded, a file remains on your device and can be shared again without another conversion charge.

The app’s library is stored locally and does not include a Glayzer Studio cloud backup. Deleting a model or the app may permanently remove unexported files. Format conversion does not add rigging, animation, printability guarantees, or engineering validation unless expressly stated.

6. Refunds, billing, and plan changes

Apple manages billing, cancellation, renewal, subscription changes, taxes, and refund decisions under App Store rules. Glayzer Studio cannot issue a direct refund for a payment processed by Apple. Restoring a purchase does not duplicate a credit grant already applied for the same verified transaction.

7. Your prompts, images, and outputs

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit and results you receive, subject to applicable law and provider terms. You grant Glayzer Studio and the applicable processors a limited licence to transmit, host temporarily, transform, convert, and return that content only as needed to perform your request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis for every prompt and image. AI outputs may not be unique and may contain errors or third-party similarities. Review geometry, materials, dimensions, topology, and rights before publishing, selling, printing, or using a model in production.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the app for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity; sexual exploitation; fraud or impersonation; unsafe weapon construction; bypassing safeguards; automated scraping; reverse engineering; unauthorized resale; or interference with the service. Requests may be blocked and access may be limited when reasonably necessary for safety, law, provider requirements, or service integrity.

9. AI output and professional review

AI-generated models may be incomplete, malformed, non-manifold, inaccurate, visually unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular engine, printer, manufacturing process, safety-critical use, or commercial goal. The app is a creative tool, not engineering, legal, medical, financial, safety, or manufacturing advice.

10. Availability and changes

Continuous availability or a particular result is not guaranteed. Network conditions, provider downtime, rate limits, safety review, account balance, legal requirements, and model changes may delay or prevent a request. When a provider job fails in a confirmed refundable state, its reserved credits are returned instead of silently charging for a missing model.

11. Warranty, liability, and termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Glayzer Studio does not guarantee a specific creative, technical, print, game, or commercial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

You may stop using the app and cancel through Apple at any time. Access may be limited or suspended for serious or repeated violations, fraud, payment revocation, provider requirements, security risk, or law.

12. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the service, providers, purchases, or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent through the Stable Diffusion: 3D Creator support page.
