Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to the Stable Diffusion: 3D Creator iOS app, its generation gateway, and its product support pages. The service is operated by Glayzer Studio. It does not replace the separate privacy terms of Apple or the AI processing providers described below.

2. Information we do not require

The app does not require an account, name, email address, phone number, social profile, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifier. Glayzer Studio does not sell personal information, serve behavioural advertising, or track activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

3. Content processed when you create

• Prompts and choices. Your description, optional style, generation quality, and output profile are transmitted only after you start a generation.
• Optional source images. A selected photo is transmitted only for the image-to-3D request you initiate. If you request a source image from text, no personal photo is required.
• Generated files. Model and export files pass through the gateway so they can be delivered to the app and stored in its private on-device library.
• Anonymous service records. A random installation identifier, one-time request keys, provider job identifiers, credit reservations, balances, renewal timing, and limited activity records are processed to prevent duplicate charges, recover interrupted work, apply fair-use limits, and keep each installation’s jobs private.
• Device integrity signals. Apple App Attest key identifiers, public-key material, counters, and verification results may be processed to confirm that requests come from an authentic copy of the app and to reduce fraud. These signals are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Support information. If you choose to email support, Glayzer Studio receives the sender address and the information included in that message.

4. Prompt preparation and AI providers

A description may be sent to OpenAI to prepare a concise English 3D instruction when the user writes in another language. The request is configured with response storage disabled. The prepared instruction is not displayed alongside the original prompt, returned to the app, or stored in the Glayzer Studio credit ledger.

Stability AI may process prompts and an optional image when the app creates a source image or applies a requested reference-preserving direction or style. Tripo processes the text or source image needed to generate the 3D model and prepare additional export formats. Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription status. Cloudflare provides the secured gateway and service infrastructure.

These providers may process limited network, security, and request information under their own terms, including retention required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service delivery. Glayzer Studio does not use submitted prompts, photos, or models to train its own AI models.

5. How information is used

Information is used only to perform the requested generation or export, deliver the file, understand multilingual instructions, verify purchases and credits, prevent duplicate charges and abuse, recover interrupted jobs, diagnose failures, respond to support, secure the service, and comply with applicable law.

6. Storage and retention

The app stores the original prompt, model, and downloaded export files in its private on-device library until you delete them or remove the app. Glayzer Studio does not operate a cloud gallery. A source photo is removed from the app’s active generation state after the provider accepts the request.

The gateway does not intentionally create a permanent archive of prompts, source photos, translated prompts, or model files. Anonymous job ownership, idempotency, credit, entitlement, activity, and device integrity records are normally retained for no more than 180 days, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to resolve a purchase dispute, investigate abuse or security incidents, comply with law, or protect legal rights. Provider retention is governed by each provider’s policy and may continue for a limited period after the request is completed.

Support email is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer, document, and protect the support interaction. The website contact form opens your email application and does not store the text on this website.

7. Purchases and payment information

Apple processes payment credentials and billing. Glayzer Studio does not receive your payment-card number. Verified transaction state and product entitlement information may be processed to activate or restore subscriptions and credit packs, prevent duplicate grants, and respond to refunds or revocations.

8. Security

Content is transmitted over encrypted connections. Apple App Attest is used to help verify authentic app requests. Provider API credentials remain behind the Cloudflare gateway and are not embedded in the iOS app. Job access is scoped to a random installation token. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but safeguards are selected to match the limited data processed.

9. Your choices and deletion

You decide whether to submit a prompt or image and whether to select a style. You can delete individual local models, remove the app to clear its private library, manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple, and contact Glayzer Studio to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Because there is no account, an anonymous installation or transaction reference may be needed to locate a service record without collecting your identity.

10. International processing and children

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own using appropriate legal safeguards where required. The app is not directed to children below the minimum digital consent age in their region. Do not submit highly sensitive information, a child’s personal information without required authority, or an image you do not have permission to process.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here and communicated in the app where appropriate. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through the support page.
