Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Apple terms

By using Stable Audio or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Apple’s mandatory App Store terms control to the extent of any conflict involving an Apple transaction.

2. Adult-only service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stable Audio. Do not use the app if you do not meet that requirement or cannot enter a binding agreement in your region.

3. The service

Stable Audio provides AI-assisted instrumental music, vocal music, isolated-instrument, and sound-effect creation; prompt improvement and translation; supported audio transformation and section replacement; and Voice Studio for recording, subtle on-device vocal processing, local mixing with music you select, or optional AI transcription and musical-style analysis before creating a new vocal song. Available models, maximum durations, input formats, output formats, and modes are displayed in the app and may vary by provider or region.

Instrumental models can create vocal-like textures but do not guarantee controlled lyrics. Structured vocals and custom lyrics use the available 3 Clip or 3 Pro vocal model selected in the app. Provider moderation or service availability may prevent a request.

4. Subscriptions and lifetime access

• Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app or Stable Audio service record does not cancel it.
• Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and does not expire unless refunded or revoked.
• Purchases can be restored on devices using the same Apple Account, subject to StoreKit verification.

5. Music Credits and usage periods

Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans include a Music Credit allowance for their full billing period. There is no daily credit limit: you may use the entire available allowance in one day. Unused period credits do not roll over. Lifetime access includes 50 Music Credits refreshed each month; unused monthly lifetime credits do not roll over. Separately purchased consumable credit packs do not expire.

Each model and workflow has a displayed Music Credit price based on its provider cost. The server reserves that amount before a job, captures only the server-authoritative charge for a successful provider result, and releases the reservation for a known uncharged provider failure. An uncertain provider outcome may remain reserved until reconciliation prevents an accidental duplicate charge or generation.

In eligible countries, the optional rewarded-trial page may grant the displayed Music Credits after one rewarded ad is completed and verified. That equals the displayed cost of one 3 Clip generation and is currently limited to one reward per UTC day. Availability, eligible countries, and the supported trial model are shown in the app and may change for future rewards. Reward credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Advertising consent and tracking choices are requested only in that dedicated flow; refusing them does not remove purchased access.

6. Plan changes, refunds, and revoked purchases

Apple handles subscription upgrades, downgrades, billing retry, cancellation, and refund requests. A refund or revocation may end the related access. Refunded consumable credits that have already been spent may require an account adjustment to prevent duplicate value. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Your prompts, lyrics, and audio

You retain the rights you hold in your prompts, lyrics, recordings, and outputs. You grant Glayzer Studio and the selected providers a limited licence to host, transmit, process, transform, and return that material only as needed to provide, secure, and administer the service and comply with law.

Voice Studio preserves the original file while creating a separate local mix on your device. If you explicitly choose AI analysis, a temporary mono copy is uploaded to transcribe the words and detect audible musical style, then deleted after analysis. You can edit the transcript and style and choose 3 Clip or 3 Pro directly; these are separate generations, and Pro does not continue a Clip result. The generated song uses a new AI vocalist and does not preserve or clone the recorded voice. Use only recordings and backing music you own or are authorised to use.

A successful Voice Studio transcription and musical-style analysis costs one Music Credit. The credit is reserved before the provider request, captured only after a usable analysis and confirmed temporary-input cleanup, and released when the analysis fails before a usable result.

Submit only content for which you hold every necessary right, licence, consent, and permission. Direct-link import accepts only an authorised HTTPS MP3 or WAV file. Your iPhone downloads and validates the file before uploading the audio; the source URL is not sent with the generation request. Direct-link import must not be used to download from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, another streaming page, or any source whose terms prohibit downloading. Do not evade access controls or DRM.

8. Identity, voices, and permission

Do not deceptively impersonate a person or misrepresent their identity, voice, endorsement, or permission. If a request concerns you personally, or you act with the referenced person’s documented authorisation, you remain responsible for proving that authority when required. Provider policies and applicable publicity, privacy, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property laws still apply and may restrict a request even when permission is claimed.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or fraudulent activity; to create non-consensual sexual content; to target or exploit minors; to bypass safeguards; to introduce malicious code; to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service without written permission; or to interfere with another person’s use.

10. AI output and provenance

AI output can be unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing work and may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Review legality, originality, audio quality, and suitability before publishing or commercial use. A Generation Provenance Record reports facts observed by the app; it is not a Stability AI licence certificate, legal opinion, copyright guarantee, or assurance that a result is free of third-party rights.

11. Notifications and optional diagnostics

Completion notifications and twice-weekly inspiration reminders are optional and require your iOS notification permission. Reminders can be disabled in the app or iOS Settings. Optional Analytics & Diagnostics is controlled separately and is not required to create audio.

12. Availability and changes

Provider outages, queue conditions, moderation, network failures, legal requirements, or platform changes may delay or prevent a job. We may update models, prices, credit rules for future jobs, supported formats, and features for quality, safety, sustainability, or legal reasons. A rule already attached to a reserved job will not be silently replaced during settlement.

13. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, an exact lyric or composition, commercial success, copyright eligibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension, deletion, and contact

Access may be limited or suspended for serious or repeated breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, provider requirement, or law. You may stop using the app, delete your Stable Audio service record, and separately cancel an Apple subscription at any time. Questions can be sent through support.
